HOW TO INSTALL eSIM PROFILE ON Apple iPhone® XS & XR, 11, 11 Pro
Google Pixel Android, you can install by scanning QR Code easily, the same as iOS.

After we have checked your email address and the compatibility of your device, we will send you a QR Code for eSIM installation.
(This could take a few working days depending on public holidays and weekend.)
You receive e-mail from ORBIX
You can start to install eSIM profile using the QR Code.
This page shows the installation and setup for iOS devices at the moment.
Google Pixel Android, you can install by scanning QR Code easily, the same as iOS.
If you have other devices, please check the manufacturer's web site for more information on how to install and setup eSIM.
HOW TO INSTALL eSIM PROFILE ON Apple iPhone® XS & XR, 11, 11 Pro
(available from iOS 12.1)
In Settings,
Go to [Mobile Data]
Click on [Add Data Plan]
Scan the QR code your received using your iPhone’s camera
You will see a little pop up “Uncertified Cellular Plan”, just click OK.
If you cannot print the QR code, you can flash it on another device’s screen (open the email on a PC, forward it to a friend’s phone…)
And you can also enter the activation code manually,

Click on [Add Data Plan]
Here you can also rename this new eSIM profile, you can rename it later.
Since this World Travel eSIM is a data only service,select [Use for mobile data only] in the line setup menu
For further information on the iPhone’s dual SIM setup, click here
To still be able to receive call from your main carrier, select it as your preferred line
Finally, make sure that roaming is allowed
Don’t worry, there are no high roaming charges with us!
Once you have finished this set up, your phone should attach quickly to the network. The name of our local partner carrier will be displayed next to the signal bars.
In some countries, you might need to manually add the APN if your phone cannot attach to the network.

APN (Access Point Name) Setting
It depends on the country you are visiting, even if it connected to mobile network still you may not able to go to internet, in this case you might have to enter APN setting manually.
Go to Settings, then [Mobile Data]
In [Data Plans], select your eSIM profile [Secondary] and turn it on if it is not yet the case
When the profile is on, go to [Mobile Data Network]
Then, just type “mbb” in the all 4 APN fields: Mobile Data, LTE setup, MMS and Personal Hotspot
Understanding of each settings (When abroad or in your own country)
Please see 2 different settings for your iOS.

First, Let’s download mobile App for your phone! (For both iOS and Android)
Get ORBIX eSIM first, otherwise you cannot use this App.
Download this App from your WiFi or internet.
Please change the setting when you are NOT traveling (see the setting section 9 above for iOS)
You can download this App for Free from App store.
You cannot use this App until you have installed the eSIM from ORBIX, Please order the eSIM first.
You can top-up and add any data plan easily from anywhere all over the world.
This eSIM is Multi-Network, you do not need WiFi, eSIM will connect in mobile network in almost in any county, then you can Top-up your data without connection charges.
You can use this App in different languages.
ORBIX eSIM uses the Ubigi App made by Transatel.
Open App store (iOS and Android) and search Ubigi from your phone. UBIGI

Note:
Get ORBIX eSIM first, otherwise you cannot use this App.
Please use your WiFi or Internet as usual to download this App.
Next, Free registration for the eSIM and use ! (For both iOS and Android)
For registration, you must use your eSIM connection, WiFi should be OFF.
Temporarily change the setting to when abroad (see the setting section 9 above for iOS)
Registering your eSIM is easy, open your App from your phone.
When you are registering, if the message says above the screen “You are currently connected to a different network than your Ubigi card’s 3G/4G.”, then please try WiFi OFF, Primary ON, Data Roaming ON, but you will NOT be charged for this connection.
If you still cannot get registration screen, please restart mobile Ubigi App.
(For iOS to quit the App, open the App Switcher, swipe right to find the app, then swipe up on the App.)
To restart the App, go to the Home screen, then tap the App.
Please do not forget your password.
Next time you use App, your phone will remember you and login automatically.
Note:
Please set WiFi OFF. You will not be charged any connection charge for registering nor for checking your account. (For iOS, follow the setting section 9 above)
Now, Let’s Top-up and use Global Travel eSIM ! (For both iOS and Android)
You can login from any connection, as long as eSIM is ON in the setting.
Please login, you can see many data plans in different countries.
There are [ONE-OFF DATA PLANS] and [RECURRING DATA PLANS] available. [ONE-OFF DATA PLANS] and [RECURRING DATA PLANS] are both Prepaid. There are No additional charges.
There are many one-off data plans for [one day] and [30 day] for many countries, with reasonable prices for you to try out.
[RECURRING DATA PLANS] for 6 months and 12 months allow use for the whole of those periods. All prepaid and you will not be charged monthly.
You will not need to buy a data plan in advance. You can buy it at the destination. This eSIM mobile connection allows you to buy the data plan and top-up without WiFi as long as eSIM is connected on the mobile network. Also this will not cost you a connection charge, so that it is free for you to Top-up and check the usage at any time.
By using this App, select the data plan you want to use and you can pay by major credit card and PayPal anytime easily. Then you can use the Internet anytime and anywhere.
Note:
You can do the Top-up any time anywhere as long as eSIM is ON in Data Plan. Also you will not be charged for the connection for the Top-up.
Things to remember (For both iOS and Android)

For Data Plan, Make Secondary (eSIM) always ON all the time.

When abroad, for Mobile Data change to Secondary (eSIM) and Data roaming should be ON.

At home, for Mobile Data, change to Primary after return from abroad.
